John Barnard sells stake in B3 Technologies

B3 Technologies Ltd today announced that agreement has been reached for founder and owner John Barnard to sell his shares in the organization to a new consortium headed by B3's former commercial director, John Minett. Former senior F1 engineers Steve Nichols and Matthew Jeffreys join as directors to bolster the technical team within the company.
