Safety car changes to be tested at Magny-Cours

The proposed changes to the safety car regulations in F1 are to be tested in a simulation of race conditions during the Friday free practice session of the French Grand Prix weekend in June. The new regulations should resolve the controversy over the pitlane being closed during the Safety car period.
