Productive day at rain-soaked Montreal

Rain fell before free practice on Friday in Canada making the green track even more slippery than usual. When a dry line emerged at the end of the FP1, the Force India boys put on some dry boots and attacked the track producing times within eight hundredths of a second of each other. Giancarlo's was the better, good enough for 15th with his team-mate one place behind.
