Robert Kubica is by no means a lone warrior. The BMW Sauber F1 Team driver sees motorsport as "the biggest team sport in the world." Teamwork is the key to success. A team of over 400 personnel in Munich and Hinwil are working on the continued development of the BMW Sauber F1 Team.
