Fernando Flies in Fuji

While McLaren's and Ferrari's shunted each other off the trrack at the beginning of the Fuji Grand Prix Alonso got stuck in and claimed the win in Japan. Hamilton and Massa couldn't keep their nose's clean and were dealt drive-through penalties from the stewards for their troubles. Kovalainen had kept it clean but had to retire with suspected engine failure on lap 17.
