Brabham family want to protect name

After the announcement of a Formula One entry under the name 'Brabham Grand Prix', the real Brabham family are disputing the right to use their name without their permission. The Brabham family are willing to take legal action to protect their name from Franz Hilmer, the German businessman who wants to use the name to race in F1. (Full Story)
