N.Technology loses FIA legal action

A French court has rejected claims from N. Technology over the way that the FIA chose the entry list for the 2010 Formula One World Championship. Italian company N. Technology, who launched legal action through their parent company MSC, claimed that there were irregularities in the way that the 2010 grid slots had been awarded. N. (Full Story)
